Brief Answer:
Post operative inflammation most probably
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I read history and saw the photo. After removal of skin tag, you seem to have inflammatory changes most probably. It is a normal process after surgery. So, do not worry. Your doctor must have given antibiotic and anti inflammatory drugs. So, within few days, it may become normal healed skin.
If the scar becomes hypertrophic, then consult your doctor again. Intralesional steroid injection may be given in such situation.
I hope,this would help you.
Thanks.
