Question: after badly doing the splits twice.. and fell twice more.. broken right hand.. slip disc 3/4 /5 lumbar ..thorrasic 10/11 tailbone shifted 11mm.. chronic pain in groin hips tailbone lower back, legs. and feet for 6years ..banged left knee on ground 3 or4 times..on Norgesic 35mg and lyrica 300mg 4 times a day. chronic pain.. can not walk sit stand or sleep can not ware clothes
