Suggest Treatment For Borderline Overactive Thyroid

Question: I have been told i am borderline overactive tyroid - not high enough to medicate - is there anyway i can improve this before my next blood test .

I really think the only thing that I would do would be to focus on good diet and exercise. Healthy eating in adequate rest are important as well. Otherwise there are no particular things I would do or consider to help improve the blood test. Sometimes overactive thyroid is something that we cannot control completely.
