Brief Answer:
Not now, if symptoms worsen or don't improve, then go for H1N1 testing

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
I had gone through your question.
I can understand your concern.
Clinically both swine flu and seasonal flu present almost similar. However sore throat and stuffy nose are less common in swine flu. Severe body body aches and chest discomfort are common in swine flu. Other symptoms like fever, cough could be present in both.
I recommend the following.
1) Adequate rest and sleep.
2) Adequate fluids to prevent dehydration.
3) Analgesics like tablet paracetamol or ibuprofen for pain relief.
4) Oral decongestant like levocetrizine with phenylephrine.
5) Saline nasal drops for stuffy nose.
6) If the symptoms are getting worse, doesn't improve, then you can go for H1N1 testing.
She will be fine.
Hope I have answered your question. If you have any questions, I am happy to help.
Wish her a good health and speedy recovery.
