Brief Answer:
It's advisable to see urologist and get admitted in hospital.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to HCM. Ms.,you should see a urologist at once,as your B.P. is on the lower side and with blood in urine with chills,R.flank pain and nausea with headache, you may be advised treatment in hospital.apart from routine blood tests, you will need the B.P.,to be stabilsed. kidney function tests, like CBC,s.creatinine, urea, blood sugar, platelets,a coagulation profile like BT,CT,PT,Uric acid, and electrolytes are tested. As your contrast CT is posted after2 days, it's best you remain in hospital, where your treatment is supervised by medical personnel. The contrast CT will be able to rule out any stone between kidney and bladder.
Wish you a speedy recovery.

Brief Answer:
a 4mm stone on CT scan should flush out.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX and welcome again.
if the contrast CT showed only a 4mm stone, you don't have to worry at all. In almost 90per cent people, the stone will flush out. A stone dissolving syruo of potassium magnessium citrate may be used ,and drink about 3 liters of liquids daily. The blood in urine is most likely due to the stone. Now you don't need to check your urine also.

Brief Answer:
ethamsylate tablets are effective to stop bleeding.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX.
The CT scan is a definitive test and only shows a 4mm stone in lower pole of L. kidney. there's nothing else seen on scan, so don't worry at all. when the stone moves around , it can lead to bleeding. if you're having significant bleeding, you should undergo a cystoscopy test as well. further advice can be given after doing this test. Ensure the doctor you're seeing is a qualified Urologist, not a surgeon practising urology.A hemostatic drug may also be prescribed such as, ethamsylate tablets.
wish you a speedy recovery.
