Question: RESPECTED SIR I HAD A CONSULTATION YEARS BACK IN DHARAMSILA HOSPITAL REGARDING MY MOTHERS BLADDER CA. BUT UNFORTUNATELY I WAS REFEREED TO OTHER HOSPITAL BY PENAL.
NOW I HAVE ATTACHED HER SUMMARY REPORT AS I FURTHER WISH TO CONSULT YOU AS A SECOND OPINION CONSULTATION. THE CURRENT DOCTORS ALLOWS ME THE SECOND OPINION CONSULTATION.
I WISH TO HAVE HER FURTHER TREATMENT UNDER YOUR AUSPICIOUS SUPER VISION & ASSURANCE IN DHARAMSILA HOSPITAL.(NO MISTAKE THIS TIME.)

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that your mother has low grade Transitional Cell Carcinoma of the Bladder and has undergone TURBT thrice over a period of 2 years.
Low grade transitional carcinoma of the bladder has tendency to recur even after being resected It may recur at some other site than previous one , hence patient has to be under surveillance by doing Cystoscopic Examination at frequent intervals say every six months and to resect the tumour if has recurred ..
She has been treated properly and I would suggest you to continue with same Urologist for rest of her life.
