Brief Answer:
Lupus nephritis

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

Bilateral flank pain need not be lupus nephritis, it most often signifies infection of the kidneys known as pyelonephritis. To know whether or not lupus is present one has to send 1. ana profile 2. complement factors 3. urine routine will
show protein loss and sometimes rbc in urine

If you can furnish me the reports I will be more than happy to interpret it

I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me

Not cancer

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for getting back. I am extremely sorry for the short delay in my reply. I was on call at my hospital.
I do not think it is bladder cancer. Activity of the lupus can cause blood in urine. Please get the following tests done along with Ct and cysto
1. C4 and c3 levels
2. Urine routine
3. dsDNA titres

I hope I was of help, i am once again sorry for the delay
