Brief Answer:
consult a psychiatrist

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
what kind of difficulty you faced when you heard about your mother's death?
and since when and what duration you have such difficulty?

what ever you have difficulty after mother's death is called bereavement.

For bereavement, it is resolved by it self or by treatment depending upon a closeness of relative and difficulties you are facing.
but if your mother died recently than with the support of family member is enough for improvement.
But if suicidal ideas or severe symptoms are there than you must take treatment.
There are many medication which helps you and also psychotherapy.

First of all consult psychiatrist for detail history and mental status examination.

Awaiting your response.

Thank you
