Suggest Treatment For Pain On The Levator Ani Muscle

I believe I have levator ani, had a colonoscopy 12/9/2010 which was normal, had anorectal mammoetry which was normal, my pain contines, scheduled for defecography on Thursday and EMG Ultrasound 11/28, along with biofeedback, am suffering, casnnot work, filed for disability and medicaid,

Hello,

It may be perineal pain syndrome or proctitis or fissures in ano. Avoid caffeinated drinks and alcohol. Use tablet alprazolam 0.25 mg once a day for five days. Avoid intake caffeinated drinks. Regular exercises like yoga and meditation. If symptoms not improved please consult with your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
