Brief Answer:
follicular study and ovulation induction

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, I understand your anxiety related to the issue.
Good thing is your ultrasound is almost normal except for the small intrauterine fibroid which is small and is of no clinical significance in your case.
As regards anovulation and irregular periods you need to get certain tests done viz AMH, TSH and prolactin levels.
And from next cycle get a follicular study done along with ovulation induction.
Visit an infertility specialist and thus proceed systematically.
In case you have any questions I will be happy to help.

Brief Answer:
ovulation induction

Detailed Answer:
I understand the eagerness part but you need to have patience and follow a holistic approach towards the problem.
For having periods right now take tablet susten 200 mg twice a day for 5 days and after leaving them you will get periods in 2-5 days.
Then visit an infertility specialist and get a follicular study along with tests advised before.
Discuss with your gynecologist about ovulation induction and in utero insemination.
This will yield best of results right now in your case.
All the best.

doc please what is follicular study.....ovulation induction and insemination

Answered by Dr. Manisha Jain (30 minutes later)
Brief Answer:
best is in utero insemination

Detailed Answer:
Follicular study means regular ultrasound to see growth of eggs in ovaries.
Ovulation induction means to give certain drugs which will help in increasing the number of eggs in each cycle so that there are higher chances of pregnancy in each cycle (in normal natural cycle only one egg is released).
In utero insemination means taking healthy sperms from semen of your husband and put inside your uterus to give sperms easy and quick access to eggs (in natural intercourse sperms are deposited in vagina which is a little far from eggs).

Answered by Dr. Manisha Jain (9 hours later)
Brief Answer:
parlodel will help in anovulation

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear, the drugs given to you are to treat fungal infection which is just a coincidental finding along with anovulation.
Drug parlodel has bromocriptine and is given twice a week 0.25 mg for at least 3 months.
This will definitely help you to resume ovulation and spontaneous periods and even in conception.
So take the medicine as prescribed and keep a regular follow up with your gynecologist.
Take care
