Hi Doctor,

Thank you for your quick response.
Unfortunately, I do not have the exact picture right now. I have attached a pic when it was very severe.
It all started after she colored her hair with some product a year back and we underwent a allergic treatment in the hospital. After that the problem keeps occurring very frequently even without coloring.

Signs Now present are:
1.Redness in the forehead, hands and behind the ear.
2. Dandruff like powder always from the scalp.
3. Severe Itching in the head(scalp), hands and forehead.

when this is more..
1. Foods like fish
2.early mornings

She eats avil 25 tablet everyday to avoid this situation but does not help beyond an hour.

Please help....

Thank you...

Brief Answer:
Psoriasis is a possibility

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Welcome again.
Thanks for detailed reply and attaching pic.

From the pic, its looking like psoriatic plaque. Psoriasis is characterised by well defined red colored scaly plaques which come off and on. They are thick lesions with coarse scales.
Kindly attach more pics and recent ones so that i can advise you accordingly.
For itch , she may take tablet fexofenadine in morning and levocetrizine in night time.

Kindly get back to me with more pics of scalp, forearm also, that too recent ones .
