Brief Answer:
In patient rehab will be helpful.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome to health care magic. I am Dr Ganesh.

1.First thing you should do is stop taking alcohol that will help in most of the cases, If medications are not helpful then in patient rehab is the treatment of choice.

2.The main underlying cause for the above symptoms are due to vitamin deficiency which has caused nerve damage, in this case one has to take enough vitamin supplements to prevent further nerve damage.

3.Prevention is what we can do in this case that treatment. Please avoid alcohol if you still consume.

4.Blood tests for vitamin deficiency, nerve biopsy, nerve conduction test, MRI brain are further investigations to identify the condition.

5.Please visit your treating doctor and get medication revised, if possible get admitted for some time - if the treating doctor thinks its required.

Good luck.
