Brief Answer:
Kindly provide pictures and details

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I understand your concern regarding your skin problem and I hope I am able to help you in the same.
Now you seem to be dealing with adult acne which is both very bothering as well as difficult to manage.

I would like to have a look at the exact skin condition before we can discuss the various treatment options. This will give me an idea of the extent of the problem.

Kindly click some close up pictures of the face showing the affected area and upload them here on this page.

Also please tell if you take any other medicines on regular basis other than the anti acne drugs mentioned by you. What all do you apply over the face? Any medicines you are using.
Any itching over face.

I am sure I will be able to help you better once you provide me the above details and the pictures.

Madam,
My reply to your queries are hereunder:-

1     Some close up pictures of affected area are hereby attached / uploaded . You can see the affected area with dark brown/ black spots. Usually bumps are red in color with some pus and blood.
2     Acne mostly occurs only around or below the chin or sometimes at Jaw Line and neck area.. Numbers of acne are 4-5 in numbers every months leaving brown / black scars . Sometimes I feel acne under the skin with bumps too.
3     I am not taking any medicine other than acne which I earlier mentioned. I take thyornoym 100 Mcg per day as I have hypo thyroid. I use to take Crocein / flexon / Naxdom 500 in case of headache usually once or twice In a week.
4     I don’t use any make up over the face except sunscreen lotion and some times Lacto-Calamine. I usually wash my face with clean and clear and Neem face wash of Himalaya 2-3 times in day . I use Neem face pack 4 times in week.
5     No itching over the face or effected area except during the formation of any acne which I feel is common during the breakout of acne.
6     I am not using any skin ointment for acne.
I hope the above details and pictures of my affected area of face is enough for you to prescribe prescription for my skin condition
Hi,

Thanks for the information and the images.

I had been through the images and I see that you have a flare of infected acne.

You will need a retinoic acid derivative with a topical antibioitcs to kill the infection.

Do apply Glintra gel over the affected parts of the face in the morning.

Adapalene gel in the night on the lesions. Do this for minimum of two weeks to see a response.

Avoid applying any other lotions when you are applying the above two.

Both above gels will cure, and prevent acne. They also help in fading the scar marks of the previous lesions.

Hope, this helps.

Wish you good health.
