Suggest Treatment For Acid Reflux

Question: I am afraid my acid reflux is getting worse. I have tightness in the chest after I eat. I can feel the acid move upwards sometimes. And the latest I have a hard time swallowing. But only once in a great while. i do see the doctor on monday. This all started over a week ago. I am worried.

If you have had acid reflux for years now and you feel it is getting worse, gastroscopy is necessary to see esophagus condition. Due to long lasting acid reflux esophagus inflammation can appear.
So doctors consult is a good idea.
In a meanwhile please try to avoid fatty foods, spicy foods, coffee, chocolate, orange juices.
