Can you please provide some more information like:

-Since when are you having such symptoms?
-are you having black tarry stool or it is just darker than usually ?
-are you having nausea too ?

If the stool is just a bit darker than usuall and the symptoms start recently , it is very likely to be due to a gastroenteritis ( viral infection of gastrointestinal tract).In this case it will get better on its own in a few days .

If you are having black stool , I would recommend to seek medical help . The posibility of a bleeding from the upper gastrointestinal tract ( stomach ) schould be taken in consideration .
To ease the stomach discomfort I would recommend to take Pantoprazol 40 mg once a day .
