Brief Answer:
This urine output is good. Don't worry.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Mr XXXXXXX
Welcome to Healthcare Magic. I am Dr Ramadevi Wani. I will be answering your concerns today.

This urine output is normal for the intake that she has had( I guess this takes into account both IV fluids and fluids taken with food).

Some amount of fluid is lost through skin, sweating and in breath too. So this urine output is normal for her.

OHSS improves with time. The treatment is only symptomatic. Make sure she drinks at least two liters of water daily. Give her high protein diet ( Dal, eggs, chicken, meat ,fish).

OHSS increases the risk of a woman developing blood clot. So please see to it that she walks around regularly. Even while lying down she should move her toes and legs regularly.

I hope this helps.

If you have further queries, do write to me. I will be happy to answer.

Regards

Brief Answer:
Consult physician at the earliest

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
Happy to know that you are taking preventive measures to avoid clot formation.
As regards her cough, you need to go to hospital and get examined by physician. May be there is some water collection in the chest cavity. She may need a chest x-Ray too. Consulting physician is very important. Please do it at the earliest.
I hope this helps. If you have further queries do write to me. I will be happy to answer.
Best wishes
Dr Rama

Answered by Dr. Ramadevi Wani (5 hours later)
Brief Answer:
Repeat the serum HCG tomorrow

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
Good to know that the chest was clear.

It is difficult to comment on the HCG levels since you have not done it after 48 hours.
Repeat the test tomorrow. Usually if there is an increase of >66% in 48 hour period it suggests healthy pregnancy.

If you have further queries do write to me.
Best wishes,
Dr Rama

Brief Answer:
If you have done the test on 26th, it is a perfectly normal result.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.

For me it is 27th evening now ( I live in Kuwait).
When did you do the test? On 26th or 27th.

If you have done the test on 26th, it is a perfectly normal result. It is indicative of healthy pregnancy.

Do write to me if you have further concerns.
Best wishes,
Dr Rama

hello doc... test was done on 24th 11.30 am ( sample collection ) and 27th 10.30 am ( sample collection )
doctor
Answered by Dr. Ramadevi Wani (26 minutes later)
Brief Answer:
Please repeat the test after an interval of 48 hours.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
As I have mentioned earlier the test needs to be repeated after 48 hours for correct interpretation. So please repeat the test after 48 hours.

In my experience this rise in 72 hours most probably suggests healthy pregnancy.

Do write back if you need further clarifications.
Best wishes,
Dr Rama
