H Pylori infection in stomach is very commonly seen. The symptoms are usually stomach discomfort, pain in stomach region, nausea, loss of appetite, decreased food intake and bloating.
Your doctor has given you pantoprazole to decrease stomach acid formation and domperidone to stop any vomiting sensaation. Both these medications are to be taken on empty stomach and you should wait 30 minutes after taking medications before you can take anything by mouth.
Atlernatively, you can discuss with your doctor and take a H Pylori kit (combination of 3 medications) as directed on the pack. The dose is one kit per day for 7 days. The H pylori kit decreases acid in stomach and also contains two antibiotics which kills any harmful bacteria that might be causing your symptoms.
