Hi
Thank you for query. I am Dr Bharatesh D Basti answering your query.
Welcome to health care magic.

The chances of transmission of HIV by single unprotected intercourse with a HIV positive person is 1/200 to 1/1000.It is low.
She may be negative too.

You can get her tested for HIV antibodies to allay fears.
You can go for HIV 1&2 RNA PCR after 10 days exposure .It is sensitive after 10 days.Though may detect as early as 4-5 days.
If she is likely positive then you can consult your doctor for post exposure prophylaxis .It is best taken within 3 days of risk exposure.
You can get back for any clarification.
Thank you
