Brief Answer:
frequent sucking or feeding

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Special care should be taken for infants in flight. Due to change in pressure especially during takeoff and landing there may be changes in pressure of ear canal also, which may cause transient pain.

This can be prevented by frequent sucking. If baby is breast fed, give him frequent breast feeding. If he is bottle fed then let him feed frequently by bottle. You can use pacifier too for continuous sucking if he is not willing to take feeds.

So keep extra bottle, extra amount of feed. Also bring a sanitizer to clean your hand before feed to prevent infection from contacts. Also bring extra number of napkins to take care of his poops.

Cover your baby properly with cloths including cap and socks to avoid hypothermia. Drink plenty of fluids to keep yourself well hydrated if you are a breastfeeding mother.

I hope you are satisfied with my answer.
I will be glad to answer if you have any further query.

Brief Answer:
you can use cotton balls

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Welcome again.

There is no harm in using cotton balls to plug his ears. This will also help in decreasing the noise induced discomfort.Don't push it too inside.

I hope this answers your query well. If you don't have any further query, please close the discussion and rate it.
