Suggest Remedy For Severe Throat Infection With High Fever

my gf has severe throat infection ,,,,,because of it she feels pain in throat she feels fever around 104 degre she feels vommit during fever,,,she is suffering from this arond 5 to 6 years and it repeats in every month,,,,,,if by mistake she take any cold or sour thing in food,,,,,she is very weak due to this tonsill fever please suggest any permanent sollution of this problem ,,,,,,any medicine for it?

Sir due to certain circumstances she is unable to send CT Scan,,on the basis of present condition can u subscribe some medicines for it please,,,,it is urgent when she will able to send report we will contact u further till den please suggeat medicines for relief,,, !!!!
