Brief Answer:
Try and relax at the time of sex

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query.
You seem to be very unsure of sex life. You need to relax when you get intimate with your wife, focus on giving and receiving pleasure. You should feel the touch, not just finish the activity. Every part of body should be explored. You should penetrate only when you feel you are ready. Initially you can try Tadalafil 5 mg and Paroxetine 12.5 mg daily. Try and ask your partner her likes during sex, which is the best turn on and turn off.

When I masturbate, I can withstand minimum 1 minute. But after inserting within few seconds, I get released.

The drugs you have specified are safe to use?

Thank you.

Brief Answer:
There are multiple options

Detailed Answer:
Hello

NPT is Nocturnal Penile Tumescence. It is to assess the nocturnal erections. In U.S., urologist will take care of NPT. Premature ejaculation is generally determined by history taking . In US, they assess time after penetration before ejaculation. I use the criteria of estimated number of thrusts after penetration. These tests are done to find any other problem. You can also try on line sex therapy or meet a sexologist for couple sex therapy.
