Brief Answer:
fever? keeping foods down?

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
It sounds like you have had a stomach virus or ate some bad food. This cramping and diarrhea can be due to the lingering irritation to the stomach lining or due to some mild dehydration. Make sure you are drinking plenty of fluids and avoid fried and greasy foods for now.
If you have continued pain, vomiting or if you develop fever then see a doctor immediately.
Gallbladder or liver problems may also cause these symptoms so if you are not feeling better soon please see a doctor.
I hope you are feeling better soon,
Regards,
Dr. Robinson
