Brief Answer:
Most commonly arthropods bite

Detailed Answer:
Hi, Welcome to Healthcare Magic,

I have gone through your query and understood it well.

It is an insect bite dermatitis (irritant bite dermatitis).

Most common bites are due to flies, bees , wasp, beetles ( i.e. arthropods borne).
These bites and stings can be managed Conservatively. Steroid+antibiotic cream for local application. Oral analgesic and antihistamine will suffice.

Some times scorpion sting involve numbness, tingling and swelling around the sting site and muscle twitching, unusual head, neck and eye movements, drooling, sweating, vomiting and altered blood pressure. This sting needs emergency care.

I will advise you to go to emergency to rule out scorpion sting.

Hope this will resolve your query.
Thanks
