Question: I have a small rash on my left side for the last week and a half bigger than a quarter.
Doesnt itch or hurt but felt something a couple weeks ago, could I have been biten by a tick and removed the bug without knowing? I have fevers and fatigue but thats my baseline for the last couple years (estrogen related).

Brief Answer:
Insect bite dermatitis most probably

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Welcome to HCM...

After reading history and seeing the photos, I feel that most probably you may be having insect bite dermatitis. However, you may consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis.

I would suggest...

- a short and tapering course of steroid for two weeks
- antibiotic for one week
- apply mild steroid combined with antibiotic cream
- avoid soap bath
- keep away from insects

I hope you might get relief in few days to weeks.

Thanks.
