Question: I have a history of heart disease, renal disease and I am also a diabetic. I was also informed that my uric acid level was high. Would any of the following conditions cause both of my feet to swell?

Brief Answer:
All mentioned conditions can cause swelling.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Actually all mentioned issues can cause feet swelling. So your swelling is most likely a combination of heart disease, renal disease and diabetes.
Heart disease which causes heart insufficiency (when heart has not enough strength to pump blood) leads to slower blood circulation, increased pressure in leg veins what pushes water out of blood vessels.
Chronic renal disease causes loss of proteins with urine. Proteins are the very important factor which holds water inside the blood vessels. Without proteins, water goes outside the veins.
Diabetes is what can worsen or cause renal failure, heart disease. So it indirectly causes swelling as well.

I suggest you to consult cardiologist and nephrologist instead of urologist.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
