Brief Answer:
Can be related to middle ear fluid or neurological .

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.

Noted your history of bad headache on left side of head going down to ear with a feeling of some fluid moving around and also have earache.

May I know a few more details please:
Since when have you been having this problems (days/ weeks/months/years)?
Is there any nausea or vomiting?
Any other symptoms like giddiness, loss of concentration, disturbance in vision or hearing?
Any investigation like MRI of the brain and ears (mastoids) done?

Co-codomol and Codiene are just painkillers and specific.

I would advise you the following:
To consult an ENT Surgeon or preferably a Neurologist for clinical evaluation, actual examination and further investigations like MRI of the brain and the ears.
This will help to find out the exact reason for such a pain.
It is very important to have the proper diagnosis to have the correct treatment.
For example:
If there is fluid in the middle ear you need a specific treatment for that.
If this is a neurological problem further diagnosis will help you to get the most accurate and disease-specific treatment for possible cure.

I hope this answer helps you to get an early and accurate diagnosis and proper treatment.
Please feel free to ask for further relevant queries if you need to or if you feel that there is a gap of communication.

Brief Answer:
Needs clinical evaluation, examination and investigations.

Detailed Answer:
We have already discussed this above.
To recapitulate and to add-on:
This could be due to otitis media, trigeminal neuralgia, sinusitis or TM joint arthralgia or combination of any of these or even something else that can not be commented upon by just a small history that you have provided.

For the diagnosis you need a clinical evaluation, examination and investigations by a Specialist.
