Brief Answer:
Initially we have to rule out causes of Bloating

Detailed Answer:
Dear
Thanks for contacting Ayurveda with your health concern and do let me know about any noticeable feature noticed in you:

1. duration of symptoms: i.e. whether your condition required immediate medical attention or is nuisance or worrisome to you?
2. Any associated condition which is cause and effect of bloating i.e.
.Weight loss?
. Liver disease?
. post menopausal vaginal bleeding? [keeping in view your age]
. Abdominal pain/fever?

3. was any examination with Gynecologist or General Physician undertaken and if yes were any Investigations [endoscopy/ultrasound/stool test] advised?
4.
i. Are you taking high fibre diet?
ii. sweet stuff [in history]: bloating is due to the bacteria in the intestines digest the sugar and produces gas.
iii. any history of acid reflux/constipation?
iv. any Gastro eneterologist opinion?
v. any lactose intolerance?

Do revert back with above concerns for better management of symptoms and proper understanding of pathology.
