Hi doctor, I am a Jordanian mother. my baby is now 3 months and 26 days old. his weight: 6.200. we did him a CBC before two days and the Hemoglobin was 8.2 only (is it normal?). shall I give him iron as the Maltofer for example and the baby vitamins? the recent problem that continued for two weeks is that he coughs and he exhales difficultly. his doctor told us that he has simple Bronchitis and he should take the mentol three times a day and use the nasal Apisal and take the Suprax one time a day. do you advise me doctor to continue giving him this medicine? is there something more effective. please help me. moreover, he has gas and colic since he was born so I give him the (S26/ LF) milk beside the breast feeding is it OK or not.
