Suggest Remedies For Persistent Throbbing Headache

Question: - Woman 21 year old. 50kg and 160cm.
- has low blood pressure and Hakimoto (changing thyroid hormone levels)

- Prone to stress recently
- Has occasionally intense headaches behind the right ear. Throbbing pain as if a nail is pushed in. (One time per month maybe, increasingly severe)

Question is what it could be and if to see a docter.

It depends on duration of headaches, if they last few seconds to one minute, ice pick headaches should be considered.

If longer in duration and other accompanying symptoms such vision issues, nausea, vomitng etc. migraines should be considered too.

However, stress also may result in atypical headaches so, getting evaluated by a Doctor ( primary care Doctor first ) is necessary to understand better the condition.
