Brief Answer:
need some blood tests to be done.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Mr. XXXXXXX welcome to HCM. I am Dr. XXXXXXX
as you have suggested there is a swelling in your neck, and also as is evident from your pic, you need some blood tests to rule out thyroid nodule or thyroid dysfunction.
1. TSH
2. FT4
3. USG neck for thyroid.
meanwhile for neck pain you can take paracetamol 500 mg as and when required to a maximum of 3 per day.
kindly get back with the reports.
regards!

Brief Answer:
antibiotic for respiratory tract infection

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX , hi! yes this is a common antibiotic, amoxycillin plus clavulanic acid, prescribed for RTI.
but that does not explain neck swelling. so to rule out thyroid dysfunction, tests as recommended are still needed.
