Question: I am having walking and balance problems. feel that I am being pulled down. have difficulty standing without holding on. I have severe arthritis in my neck. could that be one of the reasons.what kind of specialist should I see? I had neck surgery about 6 years ago for discs .also have a lot of numbness in my feet and left hand.
