Question: hi doctor i inserted nixplanon and i have the peroid 3 wk how can i regulate the peroid, and what is the medication, how can used it?

Please let me know, when did you get the Nexplanon inserted? Bleeding irregularities are common in the first year of insertion.
If the bleeding is mild use Mefenamic acid (Ponstan) 500mg three times daily for 5 days and see (please get proper prescription by your local doctor for these). The bleeding usually stops. You need to take these tablets after breakfast or meal. Don't take them on empty stomach.
The second option is to use combined oral contraceptive pills for three cycles. This usually regularizes the cycle.
Using Primolut with nexplanon is not going to cause pregnancy. So don't worry about it. But cycle control is better with combined pills than progesterone alone.

i inserted it 1 month back , since i inserted it i have the bleeding but the bleeding is mod.
if i used ponstan for 5 days , what about after 5 days?
ponstan it stop the mensis or it regulate the cycle?
nexplanon can cause infertility bcz im version and i will marry after 1 month? and dont want to be pragnant for 1 year?

Nexplanon DOES NOT cause infertility. Within a week of its removal, the hormones from the devise leave the body and the fertility returns back to what it was before the implant insertion.
