Question: i have to take mefenamic acid (ponstan) 500mg three times a day how many hours between each 500mg tab ?

i am taking it because of inflamation in testicles i went to doctor and he said im fine i just need some anti inflamatory he said eitger panadol or ponstan he did not mention how much tho but in the box of ponstan says daily dose is 3 times 500 mg

Today i started feeling nausea like how you normalu feel when you are sick with fever i was all good and suddenly feel sick could it be from 3 times ponstan and i did not eat anything today very little in morning

allright doctor so should i continue with naproxen for example or maybe ibuptofen which one is the less risky cause i had strong anemia and gastroragea before and im taking care of what i put in my mouth since then

Naproxen, ibuprofen, mefenamic acid are all gastric irritants and none of them are less risky. However, the gastric irritation of paracetamol or acetaminophen is much less. Two tablets of 500 mg can be taken together for the analgesic dose.
