Question: My rectum often have incomplete bowel movement. I often find a small about of focus in me underware. My bowels (intestines) feel grumplyn.. My bowels often seem loose. Sometimes they are good.

Such symptoms are very nonspecific. The reason can be trivial (like a bad diet) or very serious (like a colon cancer). That is why, before trying any treatment, colonoscopy should be done to rule out the worst possibility.
If this test will be negative, you should start with diet improvement. Please add probiotic and fiber to your diet. Avoid fatty foods, coffee, caffeinated drinks, alcohol, sweets. Try to cut sugars from your diet.
Physical activity can greatly regulate bowels as well.
You should also check your thyroid hormones as thyroid can also cause stools problems.
