Brief Answer:
Lifestyle modification is needed.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone very carefully through your query. Your problems seem to be concerned primarily around uncontrolled blood pressure as well as your gas problem.

As regards your blood pressure, you need to keep taking the medicines on regular basis. There might be a need to modify the regimen and so you need to periodically go for follow up visits to your doctor. Make sure to limit the intake of salt and increase the intake of dietary fibers. Avoid stress.

Our gastrointestinal tract has a forward propulsive movment (peristalsis) that moves the food material forward as it is digested, absorbed and finally expelled as feces. If somehow this movement gets hampered, food along with the digestive juices would stagnate. Stomach acids are meant for digestion and in lack of forward propulsive movement would regurgitate backward leading to your chest discomfort as well as the discomfort in the inner side of your neck.

In order to relieve yourself, you need to do the following:
* Avoid spicy food. Take small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps between meals.
* Avoid alcohol intake.
* Take omeprazole once daily before breakfast.
* Take plenty of green leafy vegetables as well as other sources of dietary fibers. Take fiber supplements like isabgol/psyllium husk or senna.
* Wheat, corn, and XXXXXXX are high in insoluble fiber, which helps prevent constipation.
* Regular morning walk and exercise to keep the bowel movements proper.

As regards your spondylosis, you need to visit a physical therapist and learn the exercises that you would need to do on regular basis. Hot compress should help.

Hope that helps.

Let me know if I could hep further.
