Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I am Dr.Kakkar (Dermatologist). I have gone through your query and I have noted your concern.

Dark underarms can be commonly due to reasons like...

-Acanthosis nigricans, which presents as a velvetty texture of involved skin Or
-Post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation due to previous fungal infection Or allergic contact dermatitis to deodorants/ perfume etc

If I was the treating doctor I would suggest you to use a combination cream containing glycolic acid, urea and cetylated fatty ester complex e.g Xerina Cream Or Emolliz cream.
Glycolic acid and urea are exfoliating and therefore helps remove excess pigment whereas cetylated fatty esters are antiinflammatory as well as being a permeation enhancer helps deliver active ingredients deeper into the skin for better efficacy.
It is a prescription product and I suggest that you use it under supervision of a dermatologist in your vicinity.
In the meantime stop using any deo's Or perfumes Or roll-ons
Weight management also helps in lightening underarms in acanthosis nigricans, in those who are overweight.

Regards
