Suggest Remedies For Constipation Along With Anal Fissure

Question: Hi, 2 months back i had hard stool as i was unable to drink required amount of water. The hard stool caused bleeding. I visited physician and he gave me laxative cream
But still the problem persists. I visited a local gastroenterologist and he examined and said that i have anal fissure and constipation. Even i have increased fiber and water intake still the problem persist.please help

3. Increase your physical activity
