Brief Answer:
try tab meftal spas

Detailed Answer:
Dear member,
Thanks for writing.
The fibroid is too small to be of any significance. The ovarian cyst of 3-5 cms usually disappear in a few weeks.
Please try tab meftal spas or any mild analgesic.
It's also necessary to check whether other causes like urine infection is responsible for pain abdomen.
Do you have burning pain during urination?
Do you have any significant increase in vaginal discharge?
If so please consider discussing the same with you doctor for further tests and antibiotics.
Please feel free to write back if you have any queries.
Thanks
