1 for what condition, it was for rapid heart rate won't come down. So my family doctor told me to take propranolol 10mg. Been taken that for 3 weeks and heart rate still hasn't change.
2 reason for testosterone shots that I was taken since 2011. Cause I was baby and my ball was higher in my so they didn't do surgery till I was 4 to fix that then in 2011 I found my balls or not make that much sperm and testosterone. So no my family told me to stop take it on 2 11 15. So I been off if and I am back to very tired and fatigue. My blood shows that my testosterone levels were at 150 . With out shot. So that's why they put me on it and he want me off its 2 11 15 to see if that's the reason my heart rate still running high.

3 trying to get my heart rate back to normal hasn't been right for 2 months now. I been doing vitamins and veg juicing with Nurtibullet and trying ti gear better for since last march. I was 240 now I am 228 and was waist 40 but now 38 almost 36. And last 2 months every time I do.cardio my heart rate starts at 115 and about 2 min in to it it's up to 175. Then when I stop it never comes down past 110 or 115 be for this it use to jump down right back to 80 or 75. Rate .

Been seeing my doctor due to my heart rate and this caught I can't get XXXXXXX of since 2 yrs now that my cough I mean 2 yrs not heart . And I have bad acid refulx at night feel like I am throwing up but not feel acidy and could feeling in my throat and make me gag some times.had this for about 6 yrs. My dream is to get personal trainer certification in 9 weeks and hop full my heart back to normal by then. Please help tired if feeling like I am dieing from this all the time and faint spells when I feel my heart act up.

Brief Answer:
other medical problems needs to be considered

Detailed Answer:
thank you for the reply,
Considering the information given your chief problem here appears of high heart rate not controlled with propranolol.
we will have to consider for presence of other conditions that can lead to increased heart rate such as thyroid problems, endocrinological problems like pheochromocytoma, Primary heart problems.
In such a scenario it is suggestible that you go for the investigations like thyroid function test, blood screening test for catecholamines a test for pheochromocytoma. an ECG.
These are some prime causes for heart rate irregularities. These options can be discussed with your treating consultant.
Besides, abrupt cessation of steroids is not a correct way to wean off steroids, and I would suggest you discuss this issue with the doctor who had put you on it.

hope to have satisfied your query.
regards

Brief Answer:
a correct diagnosis and treatment can certainly lead you to a normal life

Detailed Answer:
Thank you.
Well, certainly if one gets correctly investigated, gets to the cause and complies with the treatment, one can lead to a normal life. I am sure you will, provided you consult a right doctor timely.
Regarding your ear ache, it could be due to produced wax in your ear. If there no associated complaints like fever, severe ache, nausea, vomiting due to earache, i suggest cleaning it with an ear bud can provide relief. A wax softening oil are available in market and its use can help if required.
Regarding your query about flying I would suggest an opinion after an in person consultation with a doctor is always superior to my online suggestion.
Hence I would suggest you to obtained a clearance judgement from consultation to a local physician.
Hoped to have helped you.
welcome for further suggestions.

Dr Pankaj Borade
