Brief Answer:
Diet suggested

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
In first trimester, one should have a high protein diet. The recommended diet plan can be:
6 -7 AM- tea with toast / biscuits
9 AM- 2 chapati with vegetables, 1 katori curd
11 AM- 1 glass milk with a fruit
1-2 PM- lunch 2 chapati, vegetable, rice, 1 karori daal, salad
3 PM- sprouts/ nuts/ chhena kheer/ paneer -1/2 cup
5 PM tea with toast/ biscuits/mathri
8 PM- dinner (same as lunch with different vegetable or daal)
10 PM- 1 glass milk
Oily , deep fried food items should be avoided. Avoid eating outside as it may cause infection and diarrhea.
Hope you found the answer helpful. Please do get back for further queries.
Wishing you both good health.
