Brief Answer:
Abdominal Pain

Detailed Answer:
Hello. I just read through your question.
It is perfectly okay to offer him something to eat. If you eat anything, I would keep his diet soft. Things like toast, crackers, bananas, rice, jello, applesauce, are things that are easy on the stomach. However, if he chooses not to eat, that is ok. It is more important that he's taking in fluids, preferably clear fluids. As long as he remains well hydrated, he should be ok.
