Smoker for 15 years pack a day. Night sweats , poor sleep, numbness third and forth finger at times, day time fatigue and sleepiness..low-T. Started light dose of High Blood Presure med for about one year. 61 years old. Doc says I'm healthy but stop smoking recommended. Could this be caused in part from smoking tobacco?

Thanks for your query. Smoking tobacco can definitely be related to poor sleep fatigue and raised blood pressure. Hence your physician is justified in his recommendation for smoking cessation. Wish you good health.
