What Causes Stomach Irritation, Dark Circles, Stress And Head Pressure?
Question: Sir my age is 26 and m Suffering from gastritis from couple of time. My symptoms are like irritation in stomach, feeling like burden on my head all the time , dark circles, stress on my eyes.. My blood occult test is positive.

Read your history of having some gastric problem with irritation, having dark circles around eyes with present occult blood in stool.
All these symptoms indicates that you might be having acute gastritis or having ulcer in stomach producing chronic blood loss giving rise occult blood in stool.
This condition persisted for long time might producing anemia giving rise circles around eyes and feeling of burden on head.
In my opinion you might require some investigations like endoscopy of stomach, ultra sound abdomen to find out ulcer or leaking of blood in Gastro-intestinal tract.
Consult gastroenterologist and get examined and investigated.
Meanwhile take Omeprazole tablet twice in a day.
Avoid fried, chilies and junk food,
Take milk diet, ice creams, butter, buttermilk etc.
Avoid stress.
Take plenty of water and take less but frequent food so that irritation due to acid secretion in stomach is less affected on stomach.
