Is Travelling To A High Altitude Advisable While Having Sleep Apnea?

Question: I have severe central sleep apnea. the machines do not work for me. in, addition I am traveveling to XXXXXXX trehe 21st of this month,altitude, just under 9000 feet. should I take acetazolamide or something else.
