Is Surgery The Solution For Cholesterolosis Of Gallbladder?

Question: my father is aged 67 yrs suffering from Parkinson and also GB sluge is found he has been diagnosed with chronic cholesterolosis pls advice if conservative treatment should process or surgery should be done as local doctors has advice not to take surgery.
