Is Sexual Intercourse After Finishing Femilon Pack Safe?
Question: Hi, I had finished my femilon pack 02 days before and yesterday had unprotected intercourse. Is it safe?

Hi thank you! but could you please explain how it works..i mean i had finished the pack 2 days before and yesterday had unprotected intercourse.. so what are the safest days and how this femilon works. as i have been advise by the doctor to take femilon for 6 months to regulate periods. could you please educate me on this please.

It interferes with ovulation and thus there is no egg in female body to form a baby.
It in addition causes regularization of periods by shutting off internal hormones and supplementing those hormones in femilon pills.
And after leaving the pills your internal hormones will come to play in a regular fashion and thus no erratic pulse of hormones will be present.
So all in all while on pills there is no ovulation and hence all days are safe days.

i have read an article which says that once you are not taking pill..u r not safe. and what i understood from you is that while i was on femilon for 21 days the next 7 days are also safe(when i am actually not taking any pills and waiting for my periods). do you suggest me to take any precautionary medicine now as i am still under 72 hours zone or i should just not be worry. we are not planning for a baby as of now.
