Is Resting Heart Rate Of 90-100 A Cause For Concern?

Question: Symptoms include higher than normal resting heartbeat and slow heart rate recovery from activity in past 5 weeks; resting rate now 90-100 previous 65-70.Activity heart rate goes up as usual but takes 3+ hrs to recover to low 100's. I tire more easily and feel like taking a nap in the afternoon I am an active 58 yr old female 5.2/150 lbs; no weight gain recent; taking daily temp in the morning and it has been running 96.4 to 96.6 . Blood pressure is normal to slightly elevated normal was 118/70 now 130/80. Not on any meds with exception of NatureThroid 3/4 grain daily.
