Brief Answer:
Chances of normal pregnancy are present.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
With the translocation 13,14 in your report, the chances of having a normal pregnancy are there. the baby can be a carrier in 25% cases where the baby will carry the chromosome like you without showing any symptoms. There are chances of having a recurrent miscarriage due to defective sperms. The chances of having a child being affected are less than 1%. The chances are more if the wife has abnormal chromosome.
This translocation cannot be corrected. It is best to try again for a normal pregnancy.

Brief Answer:
Do consult a geneticist.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
Your gynecologist is sending you to geneticist so that you should know that there are chances of having an abnormal baby or recurrent miscarriages. In case there is recurrent abortion then techniques like IVF can help you. There is no medicine to revert this change. The chances of having an abnormal baby are less than 1%. A geneticist will tell you regarding all these details.
Hope my answer is helpful.
Do accept my answer in case there are no further queries.
Regards.

Brief Answer:
Your own healthy sperms will be used.

Detailed Answer:
In IVF the healthy sperms from your own sperms can be used. That depends on the severity of the situation. It is best to try naturally first for a normal pregnancy.
