Brief Answer:
Unlikely HIV but confirmation can be done with PCR,get candida treated...

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

Thank you for asking query to HCM,

I understand your concern.

I am Dr. Arun Tank, infectious disease specialist, answering your concern.

As you got tested for HIV after six month of the sexual encounter, your results are confirm negative.

If you still feel worrisome for your HIV status you can get your self tested for HIV PCR test. This test is very accurate and can clear all your doubts.

Candida can be one of the opportunistic infection found in HIV reactive person, but it is not necessary that candida can occur only in HIV reactive persons. It can occur in other immunocompromising disease also.

I advice you should do anti-fungal susceptibility testing for candida and take treatment according to report. Please take the anti-fungal treatment under your doctors guidance.

I hope I answered your question well.

I will be happy to answer your further concern you can contact me here or you can ask me personally on bit.ly/DrArun.

We wish you a best health at healthcare magic.
Thank you,
Dr. Arun Tank

Brief Answer:
Please find detail answer below...

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

Thank you for asking query.

-There is long list of immunodeficiency disease.

- Some common immunodeficiency disease is as follows.

*Primary immunodeficiency disease.
X-linked agammaglobulinemia (XLA)
severe combined immunodeficiency (SCID disorders)
common variable immunodeficiency
Alymphocytosis (“boy in a bubble” disease)

*Secondary immunodeficiency disease.
AIDS
Cancers of the immune system, such as leukemia
Immune complex diseases, such as viral hepatitis
Multiple myeloma

- It is likely that your infection is transmitted from your wife.

-I advice you both should do anti-fungal sensitivity and take the treatment simultaneously. Avoid sexual intercourse during this period. Otherwise one person will transfer the infection from one person to other.

Brief Answer:
I suspect some syndrome....

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

Thank you for asking query.

Your wife's report is conducted after 7 months so there is no need for further testing. Her status is HIV non reactive.

Good you should continue taking the anti-fungal medication both of you can recover shortly.

I have review your reports all the blood reports are normal. your neck USG is showing benign thyroid swelling and thyroid function is showing slight low TSH level. But this reports not saying anything related to your fungal infection.

I suspect some kind of syndrome in you. Syndrome consist of two to three disease.

I advice you to visit the nearby hospital and get yourself examined. Because such syndrome requires thorough examination which is not possible here. You have to visit there personally.

You can get back for further clarification.

I hope I answered your query well.

Thank you.

As I mentioned in the previous question. Only direct examination can diagnose the condition. It is only possible when you visit the specialist Doctors like infectious disease specialist or immunologist.
