Question: Is nausea a sign of PMS? got a wave of nausea this morning. My cycle was 2-3 wks ago i think. no more than 4 wks ago .know this for a fact. tums is helping me.

Yes you are rogjt , nausea is a part of premenstrual syndrome.
Most of the females have nausea, mood swings bloated feeling in tumny and breast tenderness around 5-7 days before the date of expected periods.
Usually it subsides by itself by curtailing water and salt intake.
But it can be an early sign of pregnancy in case you have had any unprotected sexual activity.
So in case you miss your periods then do a urine pregnancy test (if there is a history of unprotected intercourse).
